The hotel is conveniently situated near the University of Massachusetts, making it perfect for my Masters Ceremony. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although a bit too cold for my liking. The service was polite and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location, despite being tricky to find, is excellent for its proximity to the university. The dining experience offered a nice selection of breakfast options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

The rooms are tiny but have two Queen size beds, making them suitable for up to four people, which was convenient. The service was excellent - the staff was friendly and helpful, taking care of any requests immediately. The location was a bit hard to find with navigation, but it was perfect for attending events at the university or exploring the campus.
